FIGHTING FOR JACKSON
I'm a father, a tradesman, and a small business owner, not a politician. Like many of you, I've had enough. I work with my hands during the day and run a martial arts school at night. I'm raising my family here and dealing with the same broken systems and bad decisions that have hurt the town we love. I've been a fighter my whole life, in the ring and in the streets, and now I'm fighting for something bigger: Jackson's future. I don't answer to donors, I don't owe political favors, and I'm not here to climb a ladder. I'm here to serve, to speak the truth, and to fix what's broken.
Together, we can build a Jackson worth fighting for.
HOW DO I PLAN
TO FIGHT?
PROMOTE RESPONSIBLE DEVELOPMENT
- Build smart with residents and nature in mind
- Raise developer and tree removal fees
- Expand buffer zones to protect neighborhoods
- Upgrade infrastructure to handle growth
IMPROVE QUALITY OF LIFE
- Strengthen code enforcement
- Crack down on illegal rentals and lawn parking
- Support police with traffic enforcement
- Raise standard for better neighborhoods
STOP CORPORATE TAKEOVERS & ILLEGAL RENTALS
- Cap corporate and out-of-town investor ownership
- Limit unrelated occupants in single-family homes
- Increase rental and inspection fees with accountability
- Hold landlords and property managers responsible
ENACT STRICT TERM LIMITS
- Two terms for mayor
- Two terms for council
- Keep government accountable to the people
END CORRUPTION AND PAY-TO-PLAY
- Expand conflict of interest laws to family members
- Require recusal on PAC-linked votes
- Mandate full public disclosure
ENSURE FAIR ZONING
- One set of rules for everyone
- Stop zoning changes that favor developers
- Restrict warehouses to industrial zones
- Define "family" in zoning to prevent overcrowding

Jackson is at a crossroads and the people in charge are failing us. Out-of-town investors are buying up our neighborhoods, illegal rentals are hurting our streets, and our schools are closing while insiders look the other way. I'm running to put residents first, protect homeownership, restore transparency, and make sure Jackson works for families, not developers or political insiders. It's time for leadership with backbone and a better future for our town.
